I have the pleasure of writing you today about the fantastic service and quality of food I received recently at a workshop held at Undo’s West at the Hampton Inn. Every aspect of the event was handled in a most professional manner. On behalf of the Corporation for Ohio Appalachian Development and the Appalachian Leadership Academy, I want to thank you for staffing your facility with fine, professional individuals who made sure our event was a success.

Jen and Gigi in the Sales Office made certain that all our needs, no matter how great or small, for the workshop were met. Both ladies were in contact with me regularly to check the counts for the meals as well as assisting me with a special dietary request for a participant on the Adkin’s diet. The morning manager, Donovan, was extremely helpful with assisting our server as well as being a very friendly gentleman. Our server, Misty, kept our beverages replenished and made sure we had plenty of hot water and coffee for the participants. The food was delicious and maintained it temperature. The banquet room itself was clean and decorated very professionally, not too much, not too little. The young man who set up the room the evening before was friendly and helpful as well as the dishwasher, who assisted me with a few last minute changes to the arrangement of the banquet room.

All in all, we had a wonderful experience at Undo’s and look forward to utilizing the facility again next year for our workshop.

Once again, I wanted to share with you what a wonderful experience we had at Undo’s Family Restaurant West, and to commend those employees who assisted us every step of the way. Everyone was very friendly, helpful and just plain pleasant to work with!
